Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use 444Host services.

Last updated: 2026-04-23
01

Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

02

Services

444Host provides shared hosting, VPS, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure. Service availability, limits, and features are described on the relevant product pages and in your account.

03

Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including securing your credentials and payment methods.

04

Payments and renewals

Prices are listed in USD and charged via the payment method you select. Renewals process automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We bill in the currency displayed on your invoice.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful content, to send spam, to host malware or phishing, to attack third parties, or to relay traffic that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause without prior notice when harm is imminent.

06

Uptime and remedies

We target industry-standard uptime and maintain a status page. Specific SLAs and service credits apply where explicitly agreed in a contract or product page. Scheduled maintenance does not count against uptime.

07

Data and backups

You are responsible for your own data. We operate backups of our infrastructure for operational recovery; those are not a substitute for customer-side backups. We retain data only as long as necessary for the service.

08

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access to services stops and data associated with the account is retained for a limited grace period before deletion. We reserve the right to terminate for serious or repeated violations of these terms.

09

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
